Cancelation Policy
At our salon, we value the time of both our guests and our service providers. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing notice (no-call, no-show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us accommodate all of our guests efficiently.
